Our founder
Peter S. Carozza, Jr.
More than 40 years of leadership in labor relations, public safety, advocacy and government affairs.
A 33-year veteran of the Waterbury Fire Department and a United States Air Force veteran, Peter served as President Emeritus of the Uniformed Professional Fire Fighters of Connecticut and was appointed to the Connecticut State Board of Mediation and Arbitration in 2021.
Appointed by six governors to chair the Connecticut Fire Prevention and Control Commission, he was inducted into the Connecticut State Fire Fighters Hall of Fame in 2011 and received the IAFF 2010 Local Leadership Award, the Connecticut State AFL-CIO Public Sector Leadership Award and the 2022 Santo Alleano, Jr. Leadership Award.
He founded PAK Associates to bring that same commitment to mediation, arbitration, advocacy, labor relations and compliance for public- and private-sector clients.
